Minors can generally enter the venue whilst under the supervision of their legal parent or guardian. Please note; it is up to the managers discretion on the day to determine if the venue can admit minors. Minors are required to exit the premises by 9pm

Yes, however we do not provide plates or a kitchen knife, only basic cutlery will be provided

Unfortunately due to the age of the building we do not have an elevator so access to Good Heavens is via stairs only.

The venue has both paper menus and utilises Me&U online ordering which is compatible with screen readers.

There is limited street parking on Bourke St in front of the restaurant, most bays have a limit of 1P (one hour) during the day. After 6.30pm, many bays have a limit of 2P (two hours). Most restrictions in the CBD end at 8.30pm.

There are also a number of commercial car parks nearby with the closest being Wilsons Parking and Safe City Car Park both accessible from Little Collins St.

The nearest tram stop is at Bourke St & Spring St which serve the 86 and 96 tram lines. The nearest train station is Parliament which has a subway entrance on the corner of Bourke St & Spring St.

Good Heavens takes casual reservations for groups between 10 - 30 guests, our full availability is available on our website. 

We leave a significant amount of space for walk-ins, so if you can’t find a reservation feel free to come as a walk-in

Good Heavens has plenty of heaters throughout the venue, as well as our main fireplace to keep everyone cosy throughout winter. 

We are also well equipped with plenty of fans to ensure the space is amazing regardless of the weather.
